    Observation:Observed shredded cheese and shredded lettuce held at 58 degrees and sour cream at 65 degrees, ice was not around the containers at the same level as the food inside. More ice was added around the containers, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed sour cream, pickles, sauerkraut and salsa in uncovered containers at the customer self-service condiment station, corrected on site.

    Observation:There is no digital, instant-read food thermometer with thin-diameter probe.

    Observation:Observed paper hot dog baskets and plastic nacho containers stored with the interior surfaces exposed to dust and insects, containers were turned upside down, corrected on site.
