    Observation: handsink turned off due to leak -- owner turned back on and called for repair

    Observation: rice scoop stored in stagnant water -- corrected by storing in rice
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation: breaded chicken without temp control 48*F -- corrected by placing in cooler

    Observation: handsink signage not posted -- corrected by posting sign provided

    Observation: back door not tight-fitting

    Observation: chicken stored without temp control, temp was 103*F -- corrected by employee voluntarily discarding
  • Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
    Observation: rags not stored in sanitizer between use -- corrected by setting up sanitizer bucket
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: entire north wall in kitchen in poor condition
