Observation: There were utensils and a propane torch in the handwashing sink in the kitchen. COS by removing items.

Observation: The sanitizer is not registering on the test strip in the warewash machines in the kitchen and behind the bar. Repair person called during inspection. A manual sanitizing step will be used until warewash machines are repaired.

Observation: There is no sanitizer registering in the warewash machine behind the bar. Will need to send glasses back to the warewash machine in the kitchen for wash, rinse, and sanitizing.

Observation: All foods in prep table registered at 50*. Corrected on site. Can not use prep table until it can hold a temperature of 41* or below.

Provide a cover for the ice bin used to serve drinks at the bar. Also observed bottle of beer stored in the ice. Ice for human consumption is a food just like shredded cheese and needs to be protected from environmental contaminants.

Clean the floor of the walk-in cooler, in addition to the room where the ice machine is located.

Observed no sanitizer being pumped to the mechanical warewash machine. Repairman has been called and will be onsite tomorrow. All ware will be cleaned and sanitized in the three-compartment sink until repairs are made to the mechanical unit.
