    Observation:Observed packages of raw hamburger on top of case of green peppers in walk-in cooler, separated, corrected on site.
  • Most recent sample report for the nonpublic water system is retained at the food establishment or as specified by state water quality regulations
    Observation:The most recent bacteria test for the well water was not available for review during the inspection.
  • Food shall be obtained from sources that comply with law
    Observation:Observed several jars of home-canned pickles and salsa in walk-in cooler, removed from premises, corrected on site.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation:Observed several boxes of pizzas and bag of onions on walk-in cooler floor.
  • Hand drying provided
    Observation:No paper towels at bar handsink, corrected on site.
  • Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
    Observation:There was no thermometer in the walk-in cooler, corrected on site.
