Observation: Handsink by the deli meat and cheeses was leaking today during inspection.

Observation:Food items over the loadline in freezer open cases. Items above the line 50 degrees with infrared below the line 37 degrees.

Observation:Using a pressed board material under items in the walk-in cooler deli. Very soiled.

Observation:Grease is running the opposite direction of the catch on the hood system.
