    Observation:Walk in ice cream freezer has condensate collecting on ceiling above shelving, has had service and part on order for repair. Make sure no food is stored directly underneath iced area.

    Observation:1) Two cans of chili dented on end seam and rock, discarded. 2)One can of infant powdered formula has torn cardboard and is leaking powder, discarded.
