    Observation: Observed bare hand contact with buns. Corrected on site.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: Floors, walls around and under grill and sides of grill are greasy.
  • Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitation - temp, pH, concentration, and hardness
    Observation: Chlorine sanitizer doesn't register on test strip.

    Observation: No thin tipped thermometers at time of inspection.

    Observation: Shelving and floors of walk in cooler are heavily soiled. Wire racking has mold growing on them.

    Observation: Dial type thermometers were out of calibration at time of inspection. Adjusted on site.
