Observation: The light bulbs burnt or missing in grill and hood area.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation: Did not have valid test strips. Had the Quat test strips expired in 2010.This is REPEAT violation.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation: Food contact surfaces of cooking equipment, grill, fryer and hoods have build up of grease.

Observation: A bag of raw bacon was stored above ready to eat food in reach-in cooler in kitchen. Raw animal food must be stored below ready to eat food. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: QA sanitizer was tested too strong. QA sanitizer concentration must be maintained between 200-400ppm. Corrected at time of inspection.
- Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS)
Observation: Mold buildup on ice machine chute edge. Must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Clean more frequently to prevent contamination. REPEAT VIOLATION
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: Several foods (deli meat and cooked food) were not date marked in refrigerator in kitchen. Must date mark all potentially hazardous food if not used within 24 hours after opened or preparation. Have 7 days from day marked to use or discard.
- Food storage containers identified with common name of food
Observation: Couple powder product containers were not labeled. Containers holding food which could be mistaken for other foods must be identified with the common name of the food.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
Observation: Right faucet on three compartment sink leaks. Must maintain all plumbing in good working order to prevent contamination. Repair.
- Food storage, prohibited areas
Observation: Ice buildup in several reach-in freezers. Defrost to prevent sources of contamination. Must keep freezer free of ice.
