KDA_3_30611 - --On the self-serve condiments counter there are two containers of chopped onions with no lids/sneeze guards/other forms of protection available. KDA_3_50116A2 - --There was an opened can of sauerkraut sitting out on the counter in the kitchen. This sauerkraut is measuring 75.2 F. Staff said the can had been opened at 10am. It was approximately 1215pm when the temperature was taken. COS - the can was put into the cooler. KDA_4_10111A - --In the ice bin near the back registers there is ice stored in a plastic container with no markings on it indicating it is a food grade container. The ice is in direct contact with the plastic of the container. KDA_4_20211A2 - --In the windowed cooler there are two containers of onions with chipped and cracked lids. KDA_4_60111A - --The container holding bags of popcorn and the container holding chips has sticker residue on the outside of the container that was identified as remaining from when the container was originally purchased. Letting the owner know that these stickers need to be removed in the cleaning process. KDA_7_20111B - --Near one of the back registers there is a bottle of hand sanitizer on a shelf directly above napkins. COS - the hand sanitizer was moved. There is a spray can of belt dressing/oil on a shelf directly above a deep freezer in the kitchen. COS - this was moved. They are being used to store chips on plates that are prepped in advance. The owner said any chips that fall off the plates are not used because they do not have time for them.
