KDA_3_50116A2 - --There was an opened can of sauerkraut sitting out on the counter in the kitchen. This sauerkraut is measuring 75.2 F. Staff said the can had been opened at 10am. It was approximately 1215pm when the temperature was taken. COS - the can was put into the cooler.
KDA_4_10111A - --In the ice bin near the back registers there is ice stored in a plastic container with no markings on it indicating it is a food grade container. The ice is in direct contact with the plastic of the container.
