The facility has a nonfood grade hose attached to the unit but not connected to water supply. Instructed owner if water is to be supplied to the fried pickle stand it must be a food grade hose. Owner explained that he has back flow prevention connected to the trailer. --Refrigerator Hot dogs 36.7, raw hamburgers 34.6, raw chicken 35.1 Freezer and frozen foods ok. --Visited/inspected at Kansas State Fair.
