KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold on the inside rim of the ice machine located in the kitchen. The Dr. Pepper soda nozzle at the ice cream counter soda machine had an accumulation of syrup on it. KDA_4_90311A - --Located on the shelf above the make table, there were stacks of to go containers that were stored in a non-inverted position.
