  • KDA_3_30212 - --Located on the south side make line next to the grill, there was an unlabeled spray bottle of yellow liquid. PIC indicated that it was liquid food release oil. COS- labeled. Located on a shelf in the bakery section of the kitchen, there was an unlabeled container of brown powder which the PIC identified as brown sugar. COS- labeled.
  • KDA_3_30414B1 - --Located on a shelf at the wait station, there was a container labeled sanitizer that had a concentration of 0 ppm. The PIC indicated that it was a bleach sanitizer and that it was used to wipe down make table counters and tables. COS- remixed sanitizer solution to a concentration of 100 ppm.
  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located on the wait counter, there was a container of individual packages of butter that were at 71F. Person in charge (PIC) did not know when they had been set out. COS- discarded.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located on the utensil storage rack on the west side of the kitchen, there was a rubber spatula that was cracked in several places. COS- discarded. Located on the shelf above the soda fountain in the wait station area, there was one plastic food container that was cracked. COS- discarded.

Located at the wait counter on a shelf over the west side soda fountain, there were four plastic containers stored as clean that were soiled with food debris and sticker residue. COS- moved to wash area. Located on a shelf at the wait counter under the pass through window from the kitchen, there was one plate stored as clean that was soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. Located on a shelf next to the bread rack at the east side of the kitchen, there was 30 plates stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. Located on the dish rack, there were 5 metal pans stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. Located on a shelf in the dry food storage area, there were 3 plastic containers stored as clean that were soiled with sticker residue. COS- moved to wash area.
