KDA_2_30114G - --Cook cracked raw shell eggs on the grill and then touched a RTE tortilla. COS by heating the tortilla and educating cook on the need to wash after contacting raw foods.
KDA_3_30412B - --Utensils in the rice, salt and sugar were not stored with handles above the food. PIC COS by moving handles above the food.
