  • KDA_2_30114H - --Observed cook with gloved hands handle and batter raw chicken and place in the fryer basket. He then changed gloves and went to the fryer to get the RTE chicken wings out the fryer. COS Cook was educated, and he washed his hands.

  • KDA_5_50117 - --The employee restroom did not have a closed receptacle for sanitary napkins.
  • KDA_6_30111 - --The handwashing sink in the fryer area did not have soap. COS Soap was provided during inspection.
  • KDA_Defacto - --Cheesecakes in the MT RIC drawer did not have prep or discard date. PIC said it was put in the drawer 12/1 around 9pm. The cheesecake samples in the wait staff area did not have a prep or discard date.
