Located at the hot dog warmer at the customer self serve counter, there were three hot dogs at 129F, 125F, and 129F, four cheese and pepperoni tornados at 120F, 109F, 117F, and 106F, and four ranchero steak and cheese tornados at 120F, 121F, 128F and 132F. An employee said that they were put on the warmer to heat up at 6:00 this morning. COS- educated employee about warming them in the microwave before putting on the roller. Switched the lid on the roller to one that has a closing lid. Discarded foods. KDA_3_50118A1 - --Located in the reach in cooler at the pizza prep area, there was a container of hot wings and a container of wings with dates of 11-13 through 11-18. An employee said that those dates were wrong and that they had opened a new container of both wings 12-17. COS- re-dated. KDA_3_50118A3 - --Located in the make table of the pizza prep area, there was a container of sausage crumbles and a container of beef crumbles with dates of 12-13 through 12-20. COS- re-dated, educated on dating for 7 days. KDA_4_60111C - --There was an accumulation of powder inside the cappuccino machine and inside the cream and sugar machine at the customer self serve counter. There is an accumulation of dust on the fan guards of the walk in cooler and the walk in freezer. There is an accumulation of food debris on the tracks of the Blue Bunny chest freezer.
