KDA_4_60111A - --Above 3 compartment there are 5-10 plastic food containers stored as clean but have sticky residue build up. COS- removed for washing.
KDA_4_60111C - --The outside of the ice chutes in the customer self service area have an accumulation of dust and sticky debris. Under the sink in the customer self service area there is an accumulation of mold, napkins and wet residue.
