KDA_2_30114H - --Observed employee wearing blue single use gloves handle raw shell eggs on the flat top stove. She removed the gloves and discarded. She then put on a new pair of blue single use gloves. Then she handled RTE apple pies without washing her hands before putting on the gloves. COS PIC and employee was educated. Apple pies were discarded.
KDA_3_50116A1 - --In the hot holding warmer, a fish patty had a measured temperature of 126F. PIC said the patty had been there for 30 minutes. COS Fish patty was discarded.
KDA_6_50116 - --2 mops stored and submerged in 2 mop buckets filled with soiled water.
KDA_8_30411A - --Food establishment license was not posted visible to customers. PIC did not know where the license was located. COS PIC found license and posted visible to customers.
