The cups are stored on top of the reach in freezer. KDA_6_50116 - --There was a wet mop with a handle stored in the mop bucket not allowed to properly air dry. KDA_Defacto - --Chlorine measured at 50ppm in the dishmachine, test strips were provided. --sliced turkey 37 (make table) diced tomatoes 36 (reach in cooler) pot pie 40 (display cooler front) potato salad 42 (glass reach in cooler 1) raw shell eggs 41 (glass reach in cooler 2) --There is a pest control company contracted, no activity. --There were containers of sliced turkey, cooked chicken, various salads, diced tomatoes and opened milk gallons in the reach in coolers in the kitchen without any date marking. KDA_3_30212 - Food storage containers (Common Name) Except for containers holding FOOD that can be readily and unmistakably recognized such as dry pasta, working containers holding FOOD or FOOD ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be identified with the common name of the FOOD.
