KDA_3_30412A - --Located inside the rice salt, the scoop spoon was laying inside with the handle touching the salt. COS. Spoon was removed.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located on the shelf for dry clean dishes, there were two plastic containers with cracks in the sides. COS. Items were placed out of use.

KDA_4_60111C - --The handles on the RIC have dried food debris. The vent cover on the RIC has lent debris. The fan in the kitchen has lent debris on the blades and cover. The shelf for storing clean pans has an accumulation of dried food debris. The cabinets in the self-service area have an accumulation of trash and sticky food debris on the inside shelving.
