KDA_4_60111A - --There were two cutting boards stored as clean hanging on the wall next to the hand sink with dried food debris on them from a previous use. COS Items were placed in the three vat sink for cleaning.
KDA_5_20511B - --There were several plastic bowls, and lids being stored in the hand washing sink basin. Was not able to wash hands until removed. COS Items were removed.
