3-302.11(A)(2) - --There was a open plastic container of raw chicken breast being stored on a shelf directly over a open case of raw bacon located in the RIC-1(true). COS Raw chicken was placed on the bottom shelf in the WIC.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was a plastic food grade lid in use stored on top of a container with sliced cheese in it that was cracked located on a shelf in the RIC-1(true). COS Item was discarded. There were two plastic lids stored as clean on a shelf in the back kitchen area that were cracked. COS Items were discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --There was a two inch hotel pan being stored as clean on a shelf in the back kitchen area that had dried sticky label residue on it from a previous use. COS Item was placed in the ware washing area.
