  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --In kitchen, at white refrigerator at end of grill line, meatballs 49, orange chicken 48, sesame chicken 49, COS- owner said foods were removed from freezer 2 hours earlier so owner chose to move into different cooler to chill back to 41.
  • KDA_4_20211A1 - --In kitchen, 2 large knifes stored for use with bent blades. COS-Owner removed from use.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --In walk in cooler, containers of cut cabbage and onions in plastic food grade tubs that are cracked and missing plastic. COS-Owner moved cabbage and onions into un-cracked food grade containers.
  • KDA_4_20311 - --In kitchen, thermometer for internal food temperatures 28 versus inspection thermometer 32 in ice water. COS-Inspector instructed owner on calibration of thermometer and thermometer was calibrated to 32. (inspection thermometer was calibrated to 32 on 1/7/2016)
