- KDA_4_60111A - --A metal spatula and knife is stored behind the hand sink inbetween the frame and side of mobile unit with windows. Corrected on site Utensils were placed to be cleaned. Educated utensils are to be stored in sanitary location after cleaning.
- KDA_4_60111C - --The thumb dispensing button on the insulated water cooler, as identified by the owner, has a build up of grime. A container of oregano spice has an accumulation of food splatters on the outside and handle of the plastic container.
- KDA_6_50112A - --The floor of the mobile unit has a build up of grime around the edges and legs of equipment.
- KDA_7_20411 - --The sanitizing solution in the 3 vat sink tested dark purple over 200 ppm, cleaned and stored to drain a cooking pan and plastic food containers. Corrected on site Owner added water to 3 vat sink to correct concentration of 50 ppm.
