In the Delfield: Enchilada's 49.2F, 51.4F, shredded chicken 53.4F, shredded cheese 57.8F, tamales 52.6F,52.9F. Person in charge said these items had been in there since yesterday. In the BEV-AIR make table: salsa 50.9F, shredded cheese 51.2F, sliced cheese 52.1. Person in charge said these items had been in there since yesterday. BEV-AIR reach in: commercially processed lunch meat 53.7F, diced pork 51.9F, 52.5F, diced potatoes 58.4F Person in charge said these items had been in there since yesterday. COS-these items were voluntarily discarded. In the make table: sliced tomatoes were 52.4F. Person in charge said they had been in there since 1:00PM. COS-tomatoes were placed in walk in cooler. In the reach in make table made on site guacamole was 51.4F. Person in charge said it had been taken out of the walk in cooler about an hour ago. COS- placed in walk in cooler. In the Delfeild there were two pans of made on site fried tacos at 55.7F, 51.2F. Person in charge said these had been in there two hours. COS- placed in walk in cooler. Ambient of the Traulsen 38.1F, ambient of the make table 47.8, reach in make table 54.9 and Delfield 55.2F. COS-all PHF was removed from the make tables and put on ice, dry ice or put in the walk in cooler.
- KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the Delfeild there was a pan of made on site taquita's with out a date. In the BEV-AIR reach in there was a plastic bag of pork with out a date. COS-these items were discarded because of cold holding.
- KDA_4_204112B - --The Delfield, the BEV-AIR and the waitress reach in do not have thermometers.
- KDA_4_30111 - --The ambient of the BEV-AIR make table was 47.8F, the reach in was 54.9F. The Delfield ambient was 51.4F.
- KDA_4_50211A - --The BEV-AIR had standing water on the floor of it.
- KDA_4_60213 - --The back of the grill in the front kitchen has accumulation of grease and dust.

At the end of the three compartment sink, was a spray bottle with out a common name. Person in charge said it was bleach. COS-spray bottles were labeled.
