Cook adjusted the temperature dial on the steam table unit, 1 hour expired time ambient 200.1 KDA_3_50116A2 - --Sitting on a shelf over the cold prep table, a container of commercial prepared minced garlic in oil 84.8 The cook said he had taken it out of the under the counter reach in cooler about an hour ago and set it there when he was finished using it. Corrected on site Cook placed the container of commercial minced garlic in oil into the under the counter reach in cooler. KDA_3_50118A2 - --An package of open hot dogs is stored in the under the counter reach in cooler and the hot dogs have no date mark. The owner as and employee who said they were opened on Sunday. Corrected on site The owner had an employee date mark the package of hot dogs. KDA_4_60111A - --2 of 8 commercial slicer blades had dried food debris and all was stored as clean. Corrected on site The 2 blades were cleaned. KDA_4_60111C - --The grates, covering the condenser fans of the walk in cooler, has a build up of lint. The inside base and inside door of the kitchen reach in freezer has an accumulation of spills and food debris. KDA_5_20513 - --The owner had no knowledge of when the filters of the water treatment device attached to the commercial ice maker had been changed.
