Employee then went to the 3 vat sink, washed, rinsed and proceeded to go back up to the drive thru area without sanitizing the ice scoop. COS education, sanitized ice scoop for 30 sec, air dry, and resumed use. KDA_6_20213B1 - --Bug light installed on wall directly over ice cream machine in drive thru area. KDA_6_501111A - --Approximately 10 flying insects in kitchen area, including in clean equipment storage, drive thru, and mop sink area. Additional 5 flying insects in dining room of establishment. PIC stated they have pest control coming frequently to spray for the insects, as well as spray for them themselves with approved food establishment spray. KDA_7_20111A - --Stored on shelving by walk in cooler, one box of handsoap stored next to and touching boxes of gloves to be used with food prep in establishment. COS The chicken was moved to a space behind so that it isn't over the raw beef in the cooler below, and is now separated by an empty pan as well.
