We went in July of 2014 to have my husbands phone changed over to a smart phone. I am very comfortable with a smart phone but my husband is not. He got the Samsung Galaxy S5 and doesn't care for it, only because he's not use to it. It does hold up to it's standards, as far as we can tell. He works on big machinery and has dropped it a few times and it's held up. The only problem we had was trying to get the bills transferred from 2 accounts to a family plan. Here it is November and we still can't get it straightened out. We have been paying two separate bills (unlimited everything) with family plan benefits (1 phone limited to 3gb) which is ridiculous.
