This location sold me a defective screen protector and would not replace it when it popped off the day after I purchased it. I even had the salesman install the protector in case something like this happened.
The assistant manager at this location refused to replace it and advised me to send it to the manufacturer. I reminded him that I have been a customer for over 11 years and would be willing to cancel all of my services. He then pointed me to the sales representative and asked him to help me cancel everything and walked off.
All over a $38 screen protector. WOW!
Would you recommend AT&T to others? No
