Having read the message below it makes me wonder about AT&T as a company.Why are they so frightened of service critiscm???.I requested phone installation on the 22 Oct,2014 and I am still waiting for the installation to be completed.I have a cable lying across my side lawn with no date for finishing available.As no one can take the responsibility for a completion date,I have decided not to pay my first bill when it arrives....more unpleasant telephone conversations.The local Melbourne office cannot give me a date, when the HQ are willing to say the 3 Nov which of course all turned out to be baloney. Wakey,wakey AT&T.
