The AT&T representative was informative. He explained the new service well and had a positive attitude. He made all instructions clear and did not display any frustration when multiple questions were asked. He helped to set up a new AT&T app account in the store. He was very courteous. had to wait for 10 minutes, but he was helping another customer and the second representative was on break. I purchased the iPhone 6 under the installation plan. He matched the service to the existing plan and explained the changes. I will definitely tell others about the positive experience I had.
