AT&T locations in Overland Park, KS

On 1-5-16 I talked with ATT rep. Her name was Courtney in Fl. She did not know ATT products, nor that I could get Uverse service. See quoted wrong rates and I ask for superviior was given a person named Toni who also was not able to help me and refused to give 2nd level or Dist Mgr. names nor could I talk to or get a call back because 1st level said I could not give a good reason for me to talk to to anyone above her. I have cancelled my order and will use someone else. I have never had such terrible treatment from ATT. They are just terrible to talk to.

We are new residents to Overland Park, as of the 10th of August. We are long time directv customers that were thrilled to know that AT&T teamed up with them offer a complete package of television and Internet.
Let's get right to the point-directv has strung us along I taking care of an urgent matter. AT&T has LIED to us on numerous occasions as to when our service would be taken care of. We have been waiting a for service for TWO WEEKS. I have planned my days around their visit. They never come. They promise to be there on another day; NOPE. My husband has spent over 6 hours trying to get help; nothing. He has gone into a variety of stores for help. Nobody can seem to do so.
my daughter has been in school for two weeks. Her teachers expect her to complete work on her computer but she cannot use it. Instead, we tell her teachers we will soon have Internet and then have to relay at&t's excuses. Therefore, we have to go to Starbucks or other public places to utilize the Internet. It is getting rediculous!!!
Finally, the worst part about this situation is that my husbands job relies heavily on the use of the Internet, as he is a territory manager that works out of his home to cover the tru-state area and needs to keep in contact and complete reports, paperwork, and data. With this enormous fault of AT&T, his job could be in jeopardy. Isn't that frightening?
In order to get by, we have had to use ongoing data that has gone beyond our plan and is costing an extreme amount of money. Does this seem right to you?
I am extremely worried about our livelihood. Today, my husband talked to AT&T to let him know he would be contacting the better business bureau and writing and negative review. They told him he was welcome to do so.
I would love to get this problem resolved and move on with our daily lives.
The lack of assistance has not given me a promising outlook on what is to come with our recent move. I hope this does foretell the community we have chosen to be our new home.
