My daughter and I both had salads at the Arby's on Mt Rushmore Road 2 days ago inside the business. Both of the salads had brown lettuce, hardly any meat on them and no other vegetables. I ordered the turkey and she had the chicken. We thought "Ok, its an off day" - they are usually very good and you get what you pay for, but not this time. So today I thought I'd give it another shot. This time I went through the drive thru and ordered an Angus Philly. The meat and peppers were VERY cold like they were never grilled and the meat was only on one side of the sandwich. Very poor food quality especially for the price you pay for a sandwich or a salad!!!
Would you recommend Arby's: Unit #7220 to others? No

I love your pecan chicken salad sandwich and was glad to see it come back. This time happened to be the worst one I have ever had however. The sandwich was not cut in half, like before, the bread was tough, the salad was runny and piled on one half of the sandwich. I was very disappointed. They didn't give me a receipt so I could not fill out the survey. This Arby's is usually much better than this.

Went through the drive through window. Placed order and sat there for 12 minutes! She lied about the potateo cakes said she was waiting on them! They we not even hot! And used less meat! No sauce or napkins! I will never go back!
Would you recommend Arby's: Unit #6791 to others? No
