GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WILLINGNESS TO HELP. THEY MAKE EVERY VISIT AN ENJOYABLE ONE AND THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE AN 84 PONTIAC FIERO AND I PURCHASED IT AS A COMMUTER CAR TO GET TO AND FROM WORK. THE CAR WAS IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND HAD BEEN SITTING UP FOR 2 YRS WHEN I FIRST GOT IT. IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT OF STUDYING UP ON THE CAR THROUGH ARTICLES AND DIAGRAMS (SOME OF WHICH WERE FOUND ON THE AUTO ZONE WEBSITE) AND A LITTLE HARD WORK AND EFFORT BUT FINALLY GOT HER RUNNING GOOD. EVERY TIME I HAD A TECHNICAL QUESTION THERE WAS ALWAYS A STAFF MEMBER WILLING TO HELP AND OFFER UP SOLUTIONS ON HOW I COULD POSSIBLY FIX THE PROBLEM. THANKS TO THEIR KNOW HOW AND ADVICE THE CAR IS RUNNING LIKE A TOP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND AUTO ZONE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY IF THEY WERE IN NEED OF CAR REPAIR.
