Customer Service is the best, thank you Tracey! The staff exceeded my expectations for a bank center. I highly recommend this location at Annapolis Mall next to Applebee's - everyone was nice, professional and very helpful when I stopped by to opened my business and personal accounts. I went a few days later to use the ATM for the first time and the staff walked me thru how to use all the features the ATM had to offer. It was great I could copyies of my checks right from the ATM machine. This is a great benefit. This branch is clean and easy access to the ATM, drive-up service and close to my work. I would recommend this to all my friends who live and work in Annapolis. I will definitely mention this branch to my friends who use other Bank of America locations Thank you
