Bank of America locations in Sterling Heights, MI

I came to this Bank of America location to open up a new bank account. I can't express how grateful my parents and I are for how helpful, professional, and personable Eliona was in helping us open up a bank account. She was very patient and spoke with much clarity in answering our questions and concerns. The bank manager, Monica, even stopped by after to make sure we had a pleasant experience and asked if we had any other questions she could help us answer. We are very thankful to be able to work with such wonderful staff at this bank location. I have never been to any bank with such great customer service. We would highly recommend anyone to come to this Bank of America location. Thank you again!
