Burger King locations in Amarillo, TX

I have been going to this Burger King for years, and the service is usually fairly fast, and the employees are usually fairly friendly, and the orders are usually correct, and the food is usually good for fast food. However, there is always something that is not working! For the longest time, it was the Icee machine. So, I gave up on ordering Icees! Now, the ice cream machine has been out of order for many months! I always order sundaes - two or three times a month. I have been told every time I order a sundae - for many months now - that the ice cream machine is out of order! So,tonight I will try a different Burger King location!

no score i was hung up on 4 times wont give me her name called coulter there helping us she does not deserve her job im not happy at all and this was an inside store not drive through and all she could do is argue and this was maniger at ross in amarillo tx at about 8:13 pm

The restaurant is not the cleaniest in town, but the location is close to my house. Today there was a fingernail stuck to the outside of my daughter's chicken nugget. When the staff was told about this, the nugget was disposed of with no compensation. The nuggets were not replaced, no refund, nothing to say I apologize, that's unacceptable for our restaurant.
It was like it was completely a common occurance.

This store provided the worst hamburger I have ever had. The staff were very unprofessional. The food we were provided were extremely cold and the staff did not care. They played and screamed and played during our time there. I shared with one of the staff that our food was cold and horrible. He shared with the manager and she did nothing. I finally appropriated the counter to tell her my experience, and it was obvious she did not really care. We left the food on the table and left. Worst, absolutely worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. All the staff were young and extremely unprofessional. One staff off duty, came in screaming for another staff that was on duty, when she looked around and saw us, she just laughed. This was a horrible restaurant and a horrible experience for myself and my husband. We were afraid to ask them to provide a different meal for fear they would do something to our meal. Again, so unprofessional in their behavior. The meal a burger, fries, and chickhen nuggets were all extremely cold and the meal was dry, extremely dry. Again, the meal was left on the table.
