Citibank locations in Las Vegas, NV

I bank at the Lakes location every Friday. All of the Bank Consultants are great and have a personable touch. Especially the Lakes Branch. I know most look at a review and assume the person writing it most likely has banked for a long time or they have a sizable account. I am not that person, the company I work for is banking with them but myself I am not even a client. So my motivation to write this is because of their of staff. No I don't know if the bank itself is fair or how they treat their clients. The company I work at, Corporate Capital, Inc. would not be banking if they were not the best. I know that the big 3 marketed the owners and have dropped by several times trying to earn our business. I assume that since we work with business owners who ask for who they should bank with probably was more of a motivator then just our business. I know the owners decided on Citibank due to they were the best all around and they seemed to truly care about the companies needs.
If I can shift gears here and talk about my own experience with Citibank. Any company when they are at their best or beneficial to both the client and bank can provide quality customer service. But what happens when it is not beneficial to both or no real benefit to the bank, how are you treated. Well I can say from first hand experience that when Citibank could of just said no, they went above and beyond to help me. They showed their true self, they care about everyone who walks into their doors. They when most banks, big 3 would of said no, " if you were our client or set up a bank account. " Citibank came through and for that and everything else, they are number 1. The big 3 need to learn from them and go back to business 101. Learn from Citibank, the lakes location on how you provide top notch customer service. I am setting up another corporation and will be setting the account with Citibank. I will be pulling all of my accounts to them.
I refer my clients to them now and I never have a compliant from any them. That is not easy since my clients range from a small mom and pop business to multiple shareholders all wanting something different as far as their needs. Some of them are not the easiest to make happy, trust me I know, meaning they are very demanding. I would and do recommend anyone that has any banking needs, go to CitiBank....
