McDonald's locations in Durham, NC

My husband and I go to the McDonalds in downtown Durham, North Carolina once or twice a week for vanilla cones. They are very tasty, smooth and delicious. They are great when the weather is really hot which it has been. They do not have too many calories, and they are very affordable. They make a great lunch substitute when you want to eat lightly. We also like the grilled chicken snack wraps because they too are tasty. They don't have too many calories, and they don't cost an arm and a leg! Oh, and they are surprisingly filling. We are big fans.

not only is the bathrooms are nasty. and flies everywhere the drive- thru customer service is fowl..the great you with whats your order take your money without a smile or hi ..great you at the window with is this your order..huh.plus my 4 ice cream sundays where made sloppy for 5.55 . this is the same one who does not use food safe protocol you suppose to wash your hands before you serve customers after coming from outside sir..dissappointed

This Mcdonalds in the beginning had wonderful service. Now, the employees seem to slack a bit. Along with the food's taste isn't too well, compared to other Mcdonald restaurants. Others in the community also state how much they dislike this Mcdonalds. I'm not sure what happened but, something needs to change soon or later. Also tend to mess your order up from time to time. Last but not least, the previous employees were EXCELLENT. There was a mixed guy who once worked for this particular restaurant, everything was set in place and received wonderful customer experience. Hopefully this place improves!

First off there service sucks.The managers walk around with shirts unbutton cussing in front of customers. When you are trying to order they act like you are bothering them. The General manager is walking around putting his hands down the girls shirts in front of customers and outside drinking acohol and smoking weed in the parking lot. I think they should fire the hole staff and start over
