McDonald's locations in Evansville, IN

It's not the cleanest mcdonalds around but they seem to try to be clean. I got a raw chicken sandwich from there and they tried to tell me it was supposed to be pink in the middle. I didn't want my money back or a free meal. I just wanted them to be aware that it happened. CYA at its best I assume. The staff could clean up a bit but I guess it's hard to find that in that part if town. I have been to this location many times and this is the only time I had a bad taste left in my mouth so this place isn't all that bad. Most of the time the staff is very friendly and seem to care about the quality of there food. When I go the next time I am sure my visit will be as pleasant as it always has been. And on another note I do enjoy a clean public restroom and this is definitely one of the cleanest ones around.

I ordered 4 Happy Meals a quarter pounder and two cheeseburgers it took over 30 minutes and plus I ordered a milkshake with the milkshake machine was half broke so they worked on it and they said they didn't have any strawberry so I told him chocolate but he gave it to me it was like water Butt Nuggets in a Happy Meal in the fridge was cold when I gave it to my kids in the car it seems to me it shouldn't have been that way it doesn't take that long to get a four happy to get six piece Happy Meals to kids

This location has very rude employees. There are some that are nice and helpful but the bad over take anything positive. I notice when the head manager is in the building things run smoothly and she is very nice. Last night I sat there for 18 minutes to get my food. I knew I would be pulled forward because I ordered breakfast food. The issue was I watched over 8 cars get there orders and during this time they also pulled two other cars forward. I finally went in to see what was the issue and they were bringing out all three cars food. That's what they did - they made me sit there until all the cars food could be brought out at one time. That is wrong and bad service. My food sat there and when I checked it - the nugget were cold and the fries only filled half of the bag. So, my food sat there and the other two cars got hot food. Twice a little blonde employee working the window gave me 1/2 my order and had we pull forward because there where items they were waiting on. I asked her why she is giving me this and her rude tone was - "you ordered breakfast and we are waiting on that"... That was not my reason to ask - I would think you would give me all of my order at one time so it would be hot. So my food would have been cold but I sat there with the heat on my feet to keep that part of the order warm while I waited another ungodly long time for them to bring out the other 1/2 of my order. I can say I've been rude because if you are going to give it - you should be able to take it... This little blonde has even made comments when I've come into the building. I've spent a lot money there but I will go to a different location. It will take me a long time before I ever go back to this location. I started going inside because and see what is going on. If you go in - you get your food because they can't ignore you. I have plenty of bad service stories from this location if the owners would like to contact me. I leave angry almost every time because of something so silly that they have done and could be fixed if they listened to their customers. You might have an employee that has worked there for 100 years - but she is one of the few that knows what good customer service is...

Pulled into the outside lane of a dual drive through system. One person was taking orders for both lanes. The order taker appeared to be alternating correctly. When I pulled to the speaker nobody ever came on. 2 cars went through the other lane. I ended up driving away with nothing to eat and having to return to work. I have never done such a thing but I was mad enough I called a manager and complained. I frequent the North Main and the St. Joe McDonald's. They seem to do OK. I usually just walk away from these things and forget about it but this was just unacceptable. I don't want anything free from this.
Pay attention! Can't rate food or price as I never received either.

This is probably one of the worst if not the worst McDonald’s service wise in Evansville. They seem to be in desperate need for good management. They have the kiosks that you order with and take the number to your table. I assumed that this meant thuey were going to bring your food to your table. I was mistaken. After 20 minutes of waiting for food I went up to the conter where my food was in a bag and cold. The person behind the counter told me that they called my number . I said I thought the purpose of the kiosk was to take a number and for you to bring my food to my table. I got the deer in the headlights and that was it. So they remade my food why I waited and my daughter had to eat in the car quickly on our way to school so we weren’t late. They need some serious help out there. One thing I know for sure as they are losing tons of business as I walk p One thing I know for sure is they are losing tons of business as I Watched people walk out the door because they had such a large line at the counter.
