Has to be the worst McDonald's in Grand Rapids. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. Service is terrible, waiting in line for 20 minutes for a diet coke is unacceptable. Something needs to be done at this location. My orders are continually messed up. Charged $.10 for a glass of water now? McFlurry machine is broken. Wait for that to be fixed and by that time the Icecream sundae has melted but they won't replace it. Cold fries, sloppy burgers, terrible employee attitude with no heart or motivation towards their job. Manager needs to get more out of his employees. Burger King, Taco Bell, and Checkers will be getting a lot more of my business now because they understand customer service.

Night shift staff is unprofessional and rude. The night shift manager was very unprofessional and uncaring. She blamed the GM. She did not correct the staff. Told me to make a complaint nothing will be done. Also the same owners as store on 44th near Post Office.
