so I stopped at the McDonald's on rt30 by Westmoreland mall. A handicapped gentleman came in and loudly but very politely asked for a mcdouble And a small coffee. The man said please and thank you and clapped his hands. He then went and grabbed a straw walked back over to the counter repeated his order and clapped again. At this point the male manager on staff told this man that if he couldn't wait quietly for his food that he (the manager) would have to throw him out. Then the manager told the cashier to ring the man out. The handicapped man said thank you one last time and said he was going to wait outside. Once the man was outside the workers stood around talking about the man. They put his order together and the male manager took it outside to the man. Upon his return into the restaurant the manager replied they don't pay me enough for this.... Mind you I had ordered my food prior to the handicapped man that walked in and I was still waiting on a medium fry and a mcdouble. I wasn't upset because I stood there for 30 minutes I was upset because they were still standing there making fun of this man who obviously was disabled. The manager handed me a coupon for taking so long but I will not be using that. In fact if that's the way they are going to treat paying customers I will not be returning to that store. Moral of my story treat people the way you want to be treated my family does spend a lot of money at McDonald's and they have lost our business!
Would you recommend McDonald's Restaurant #6680 to others? No
