As I stated in the review at S Parkway in Huntsville, AL on Sunday, May 31, 2015 this is the second restaurant I have been to tonight and it is around 8:30pm. I have to wait a minute or 2 to get up to the order screen. Gave him (Jordan) my order of Premium Ranch McWrap with the ranch dressing on the side. Had to wait another 3-4 minutes to get to the window to pay. When I got to the pay window I said I had a question. What happened to the policy of pulling customers when their order is not ready. Jordan said he wasn't sure but was very polite and apologized for me having to wait. I waited another 5-6 minutes in line for the pick up window. I asked Marqueleasha the same question. She was very polite and said she was a closer and had been called to the front to help out. I said so you are going to have to work later tonight to get your job done. She said yes that some had not come in and some had been fired, so they were short handed. She apologized for the wait.
When the Manager came to the window to give me my order it was the wrong order. I told him I had a Premium Ranch McWrap. He yelled to the back he needed a PRMcWrap, which made me think they were just now starting my order. I felt like the Manager didn't know what was going on.
I felt sorry for Jordan and Marqueleasha because they were doing all the could to wait on customers but it was out of their control. I sat at the pick up window for 15 minutes. Total time in drive thru of about 20 to 25 minutes which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant drive thru. I did get an order of FF, I assume for my wait.
