The woman who serves in drive thru never gets it right. How can you screw up coffee. This is not the first time;I think she has trouble with English.

I stopped on at 0615, Friday, 16 Oct for 2 breakfasts with pancakes and a bac egg ch bagel. The counter person spoke in a whisper of a voice; I essentially could not hear her even after asking her to repeat herself several times. After waiting almost 15 min for my order (inside the rest.) I finally got my order. When I got to work and opened the order to distribute, I was surprised to find only 1 syrup for 2 breakfasts and my bagel was not there. I tried many times Fri until apprx 11am to call to report the shortage. I finally decided to just wait until Monday morn (today) to get the shortage rectified plus 2 other breakfasts ; just like Friday. I arrived at 0530 only to find the doors were locked and they were not letting anyone inside ( it was 30 degrees outside! When I finally got someone to come to the door, I was told "for security reasons" they were not open in the dining room. I asked several times why the sign showing the hours said 5am without getting anything other than security. I asked to see a mgr. and was allowed to come inside to wait for mgr and wait I did; 10 minutes. Finally a mgr, Simon Phillips, slowly walked to the front counter and asked could she help me. That statement was rhetorical; there was no intent to help me. I asked first about the "security" and was told she was not allowed to open with only 4 people showing for work. I suggested she put a sign on the door to alert folks of the issue. She said the "owner" does not like that. I asked for owner's name. She refused to give it to me. I told her about my issue Friday and the fact that despite my best efforts for about 5 hrs I could not reach mgmt. to notify them of the order shortage. She offered no apology nor did she offer to replace my order shortage. When I told her of the single syrup for 2 breakfasts, she said that was policy and I had to ASK FOR EXTRA syrup! There was no misunderstanding about the number of breakfasts/syrups; she stuck to her story that I must ask for EXTRA syrup. She offered to call her district mgr, Mike Fanny, but would not give me the phone number to call him myself. She then told me she could not allow me to stay in the store. I told her I was getting info and would leave. As I turned to leave the store, she said "have a nice day" in a very disrespectful and condescending tone. This person has no business being in mgmt. The obvious contempt and disrespect displayed by her coupled with her lack of concern to compensate me for my missing order/inconvenience was shocking! I intend to try to contact her mgmt.; I will not hold my breath for success though.

Rudest employees I've ever came across. This is the worst service I've ever received . Very disappointed and demand a response as to why this is excepted by the McDonalds
