Almost happy with the service

I went through the drive-thru this morning and there was a promotion going on where you buy certain sandwiches and you're supposed to get one to share. I thought it was automatic. Well, it's not! I did not get my sandwich to share. I called store 4056 in Kansas to let them know and I was told I have to request the second sandwich. What's the point of the promotion if you have to tell them you want the deal? This indeed true and fact! So, for those of you that want the buy one, share one deal please make your request known at the time of purchase!
