I am VERY disappointed in the service I received tonight. I stop by this location at least 2-3 times a week for breakfast. I stopped in on my way home for dinner tonight. I placed my order at the kiosk at 7:44. Then sat down. The manager on duty was clearly not handling the store. Heard her make comment such as,"They have to wait, if they cant wait, oh well" Very loud behind the counter. Then she was talking to another customer about how bad some of the employees that work there are, that "they dont want to work". I told myself, Ill give it till 8pm to get my food before I go get refund. I got my food at 7:58. tasted the fries, they were old and cold. I didnt even bother with the burger.
At this point, I got up went to YOUR manager on duty, and asked for a refund. She didnt even ask what my issue was. I asked for the original receipt, so that I can take the survey, she stated I could not have it back. I then asked for a copy, she refused. I asked for her name, her response, "for what?' I stated so that I can tell the owner who I am dealing with. She then asked what my issue was, and I told her. She then stated, I didnt give her a chance to fix it. I stated after waiting almost 20 mins., there should have been no issues. She had no name tag on and REFUSED to give a name. I asked for owners name and number, her reaponse, "Its on the wall" I asked for name several time, and she refused to give it out. At this point she started walking away from me stating very loudly, "Whatever".
I am a Customer Service Manager, and it was just sad to see that you have a manager like that in place. I feel bad for the staff that has to work with her and the customers that have to deal with her.
