In over 75% of my visits, the customer service declines. The major issue is, your employees seem to not understand English. My order is incorrect over 50%. I have to check at the window and ask them to properly fill my order. They never provide condiments. When you ask, they only provide the very minimum, napkins, ketchup, and you always have to ask. At the drive through window, they do not understand English, you have to repeat your order and to top it off, and they have an attitude when you get frustrated. The bizarre thing is, fast food restaurant’s employees are asking for $15.00 an hour when they can’t even get this right. My last visit was on 7/9/2015. I will never visit this location again.
