This the worst McDonald's when it comes to getting your order correct....How hard is it to get sweet tea right???? This is not the first time this has happened and it is frustrating to get all the way back to work and find out it is not right. Please do some more training in the area of customer service.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 mcgriddles and 2 burritos. When I got to work, I opened the bag only to find not only what I ordered but also a huge ROACH. I called the store...the manager ask me to bring it (including the ROACH) back up there. Not only am I not going to take a ROACH back with me....I was at work. I would not have taken the time to call if I had not truly had a ROACH in my bag.....and yes...all the food was thrown in the TRASH. Very displeased with the service and the cleanliness of this store.

My wife was at this location around 6 pm on 11/20/2015 and had to help a woman to get her order right after the manager said it was good.She the had to go back and get the outdated milk replaced even thought the manager said it was good.We will not be revisiting this McDonalds.And yes i would like to talk to the owner .I may be contacted @dls2012@hotmail.com
