McDonald's locations in Springfield, MO

my wife and I and our two children went in and ordered our meals, we were met with an employee at the register, she seemed to be a nice girl. she was polite, and took our order just like she should, we went back to set down to wait on our food, we waited 20 min before my wife went up to check on our food, {there was only 4 other people in the store at the time we went in}. they said it would be a few more minutes, then just a few seconds later an employee came back to our table with a box of chicken mc nuggets and asked if the were ours, we said no we had ordered all of our meals, and hadn't got it yet, he said he would go check on it, he came back and said they had gave our food out through the drive through and they would fix our meals again, I told him we had been waiting for almost 30 min, for our food, he laughed and shook his head, I didn't say much more because he didn't look like he worked there he was wearing a bat man sweatshirt, I waited a couple more minutes then I began to walk up to get my money back but at that point they were coming out with our food, then we realized all the food was not there, we settled for what we had and ate what we got and left because we didn't have time to wait on what we didn't get, this place is a joke, if you want your meal and done right and in a timely manner, don't go to this place, I sure wont be, every time Ive been to this store ive had to wait a long time. the ceiling in this place has been leaking for over 2 weeks, the bathroom was nasty and hasn't been touched in what looked like all day, we were there at 5:35pm, we were order number 278, @ 501 w sunshine st spfd mo. store #135

The person that owns the restaurant is a very lucky person because all the workers that work there is very nice and respectful with their words and actions , they make everyone come out with a smile and happy an huh of the workers had a bad with no customer , then the service i great because they get to when its your turn not take a long time to take your order or food then the bathrooms be on point like very clean no toilet papers on the floor or water that can make some fall but there but like napkins in there like when you get done washing your hands also the food is the best there no half cook food or not cold but just right thank y'all for being the best an only the best.

Did not get what I ordered - paid 5.39 for a double cheeseburger - Called the restaurant and the manager treated me like it was my fault.
