McDonald's locations in Wilson, NC

Seems like every time I am in a hurry and stop here the order is messed up, food is cold and service is awful! I realize McDonald's pays their employees as little as possible, however they chose to work there, and the customers should be able to expect their simple order be delivered fast and hot!

ABSOULELY TERRIBLE. GAVE ME A BURNT EGG MCMUFFIN. THEN GAVE ME A SAUSAGE AND EGG BISCUIT WITHOUT THE EGG!

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to.and I have been to them all around. I have to have my Big Mac fix once in a while. This Mcdonalds I like to stop at for the convience. It is closest to me and on my way home. All thru the summer I tried to order gallons of tea for events, sorry mam we don't have no tea today, what the hell it's the middle of summer. 3 times I tried then I went over to Kentucky fried. I don't care what I order, we don't have it, no oatmeal one day, no ice cream several times, come on that's worse than no tea. no yogurt one day and so on. There can't be any management. the employees yell over each other and talk ab their time and who should do what, nonappropriate talk for the customers to hear. The last straw happened this week, the kind snaggle toothed lady behind the service window thrust a card with her name on and said please give me a good comment. Now this is just wrong. Management should tell management who does their job and who doesn't. Like I said, no management or very poor here. No I would not reccomend this restaurant to anyone as a matter of fact I say please avoid. It is a shame because the location is needed for so many but it is just so bad
