Visited this location on 10/10/15. Ordered personal pan and drink special to go. There were several people that were ahead of me seated and waiting for their orders. I waited one (1) hour for my pizza at which I inquired how long it would be before my order was ready. The cashier responded she didn't know and proceeded to the back. At that time I asked to speak with a manager which appeared without an apology and stated that they had received a large takeout order for a party and therefore any orders after that would be delayed. I asked why he didn't inform guest when I ordered that their orders would be delayed because of this reason. He said in a very smart and arrogant manner that he had no control over that as he was not informed that there was a problem. I informed him that that was a poor excuse for a manager. He should always know the status of orders coming in and how fast they are going out. I requested a refund and still did not get an apology. I will not be frequenting that Pizza Hut and maybe not any other Pizza Hut for that matter, if that's the attitude they (managers, company) has.
Would you recommend Pizza Hut 2343 W Broad St to others? No
