We have tried calling the Gainesville Post Office on Main Street Tuesday and today, Friday, 12/30/16, to report a bank mailbox that has a jammed door/lock which cannot be opened and no one answers the phone!!! We have tried both the local 352 number and the 800 number. The 352 number rings and rings then disconnects. The 800 number rambles on with it's prompts and you still can't get anyone!! This is absolutely absurd!!!!! We need to get the lock fixed on that box and have the mail forwarded.
